Meet Attorney Gramm J. Klein
A Fort Worth Trial Lawyer Committed to Justice
Gramm Klein is an experienced personal injury attorney at the Cain Firm. A Beaumont, Texas native, Gramm earned his bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Communication from Texas A&M University before earning his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2018. During law school, he became one of the nation’s top law school advocates, competing in the National Trial Competition and being selected to represent South Texas at Baylor Law School’s “Top Gun” National Mock Trial Competition, an honor awarded to the top 16 advocates in the country.
After graduation, Gramm worked as an Associate Attorney at one of the largest Oil & Gas title law firms, handling transactional matters for energy companies. He then transitioned to trial law, joining the Herring Law Firm, specializing in commercial trucking cases, and later Brian White & Associates in Houston. Attorney Gramm has secured millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for injured Texans across the state.
Gramm is a proud member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association’s Board of Advocates, a group of trial lawyers under 40 committed to protecting Texas families. When he’s not advocating for clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting in the Texas Hill Country, and working toward his Private Pilot License.
