Meet Attorney Jack Ladgenski
A Fort Worth Trial Lawyer Committed to Justice
Jack Ladgenski is a personal injury attorney at the Cain Firm. A Texas native, Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Texas at Austin McComb’s School of Business. After graduation, Jack went to work for Charles Schwab where he helped individual and institutional investors navigate the uncertain COVID markets and protect their hard-earned money.
Inspired by the opportunity to serve others, Jack pursued his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara School of Law, graduating with honors and receiving the Dean’s Leadership Award for his service to the community. In his first year of law school Jack excelled in Moot Court and spent the next two years as a coach for other competitors. He also chaired Santa Clara’s annual Benefit for Justice – raising money to support students pursuing careers in pro-bono legal services.
Jack began his legal career with The Jachimowicz Law Group where he represented Plaintiffs in all areas of civil litigation, specializing in helping employees who were discriminated against or otherwise wronged by their employers under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
Ready to return to his Texas roots, Jack joined The Cain Firm to continue supporting his local community and fight for injured Texans. Outside the office he enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and exploring Fort Worth.
